Kirby Road Slope Stabilization (approximately 100m west of Huntington Road)

- Site preparation including silt sock, silt fence, check dams, entry road and permitting
- Clearing and grubbing and demolition of existing roadway, culverts, guardrail
- Protection of existing utilities
- Large excavation of the eroding/failing slope and existing retaining system
- Supply and installation of RSS retaining wall using the maccaferri green terramesh system
- Backfill with granular material, ensure compaction reaches specifications
- Road rehabilitation including new guardrail system, granular installation and paving
- Landscape restoration including topsoil, planting and seeding.
