This project consisted of environmental protection including tree protection, silt sock and mud mat installation. Excavation and demolition of existing structures onsite. Supply and installation of granular subbase and final grading. Supply and installation of mechanical equipment including glycol lines and chiller units to power the skate loop. Supply and installation of an outhouse building to house specialty equipment including structural concrete, electrical, heating, painting, floor epoxy and roofing. Electrical lighting around the park was supplied and installed. Concrete paving for the skate loop. Concrete walkways and sidewalks were installed. Subgrade drainage systems including a weeping tile and a soak away pit. Asphalt paving, and final grading with topsoil and seed.
